Role Description
The Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site & hybrid role. Successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting or exceeding sales goals, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to clients.
Location: Kano, Anambra, Calabar, Owerri, Rivers, Delta, Abia, Edo, Enugu, Abuja, Jos, Kogi, Nassarawa, Oyo, Ekiti, Kwara, Ondo, Osun and Ogun States
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Aptitude for building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology
Relevant Certifications like Healthcare Business Development Professional (HBDP) or Professional Sales Executive (PSE) are a plus. The ideal candidate should also have a passion for the healthcare industry and be committed to improving healthcare access in Africa.

National Sales Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in medical device sales leadership, with at least 7 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, regulatory requirements, and reimbursement landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Ability to travel nationally as needed.
